Ron joined his father at the Agency in 1987 and over the past 21 years has dedicated himself to the agency's growth, specializing in the Personal Insurance and the Information Technology departments.  Ron's experience as President of the Harleysville Insurance Company Agency Management System User Group and, currently, as the President of the Eastern PA AMS User Group (an automation organization for the insurance industry), has allowed Ron to weave the latest technology into the agency, assisting the servicing of clients through fully automated filing and scanning systems, expediting the processing of clients' insurance needs.

Tom's 22 years of expertise includes large contracting, service, retail, wholesale, manufacturing and special needs risks. Tom helps clients develop comprehensive risk management programs, including human resource services. Tom currently serves as President of the Selective Insurance Company's Agency Advisory Council, advising our markets on how to better serve clients.

As a native to the Lehigh Valley area, her intimate knowledge of the community in which she serves enables Mish to provide advice and stewardship to new and existing clients. Mish has served as president of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of CPCU and currently serves on the board of Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp.

Kim joined us in 2008 as a licensed account executive after graduating from the University of South Florida. She received an Associate in Business Administration and majored in Economics. Before she was introduced to the world of insurance she gained priceless experience in marketing and sales, which helped develop and prepare her for a career in insurance. She is personable, positive and determined; great attributes to have on your side. Her interests include competitive softball, racing, motorcycles and other daredevil maneuvers.
